You pay a monthly subscription per site — £99, £349, or £999 depending on tier — with no setup fee and no minimum term. On top of that, a 10% commission applies to Custom Cocktails in-app sales only. You can cancel any month, no questions asked.
Commission is taken only on Custom Cocktails sales processed in-app. Every order is paid through the app and automatically split via Stripe — 10% goes to Custom Cocktails, 90% goes directly to you. No commission is taken on your normal bar sales.
No. What you pay is exactly what's stated. No setup fees, no contract lock-in, no minimum term, and no minimum sales. Results depend on execution, but you'll never get an unexpected bill.
Yes. If you start on Single site and later want the Small chain or Enterprise tier — whether you're adding more venues or want the additional launch support — we can upgrade you at any time. Your new subscription rate kicks in from the next billing period.
Yes. There's an "off button" for busy services. And if you decide it's not right, we can remove it — no questions asked. If we supplied hardware, we'll arrange to collect it.
Baseline is your last 3–4 weeks averaged, excluding outlier events — agreed with you on the call. Uplift is measured as verified Custom Cocktails in-app sales only, so the impact is clean and not mixed into your full bar revenue.
It's built to reduce decision friction, not add it. On high-pressure nights, you can use the off button to pause ordering. Any paid unfulfilled orders are refunded to the customer.
Your bartenders make the drink. We generate the recipe and send it to the staff device. There's creative freedom for experienced bartenders — it's built for real-world service.
No. Custom Cocktails is built to use the stock and staff you already have. We can recommend a CC section on your next menu reprint, and redesign services are available if needed.
Not currently — it's separate. Payments happen in-app so you get clean tracking and automatic split payouts. POS integration is on the roadmap for Small chain and Enterprise tiers.
Customers enter allergens before payment. The system hard-blocks those allergens in generation and displays allergen info alongside the recipe. Customers with allergies should also inform staff when ordering.
The venue. We're recipe generators — not cocktail makers. You control fulfilment and must serve compliantly. We include disclaimers and allergen display to make compliance easier.
Yes. We won't take another venue in your postcode. If a nearby venue asks, we'll come to you first. Exclusivity can be reserved with a deposit.
Yes. We handle compliance and work with Stripe for safe payments. Quiz results can be stored with the customer's name and emailed to them after fulfilment. If a customer requests deletion, our team can remove their data.
Yes — support level depends on tier. Single site has email support (48h response); Small chain has 7am–11pm coverage 7 days; Enterprise has 24/7 phone support.
