What comes in a launch pack

Designed by our in-house team, we take your brand colours, logos and fonts to create a guidelines pack - then design all of our materials using that. We are looking for flawless integration, so each bar can make CC their own and feel like it's always been part of their menu.
The on-bar boards are laminated for an easy wipe down (bars can get sticky - we get it, we’ve been there) so we can make sure your bars display is kept looking clean and sleek for every shift.
We provide 10x boards ready for placement using our map (see below). Meaning we can rescue the customer RIGHT at that point of indecision.
Three outcomes you can feel on the floor.
Premium quality tents sit proudly on tables advertising your bar. Designed to fit your bar's colour scheme, fonts and display your logo on tables to create talking points for customers. QR codes lead directly to the questionnaire, built to pull people through to the point of fulfilment.
The tents are designed with 3 different sets of copy, we tested over 40 pieces of copy and looked at font sizes, the order of the words, placement on the tent, CTA’s and placement, graphics and arrangements. What you get is the final outcome of our investment.
Order Fulfilment Tablet
We create a kiosk order system using a tablet - when customers answer the questions and create their cocktail, within 4 seconds the recipe is presented on your staff screen. Recipes appear as cards which also display the order status.
Each recipe (generated using your stock) is presented with a name (customer who ordered it) , the ingredients for their recipe, glassware, garnish, notes from the customer, their payment status on the card and a step by step guide for creating the cocktail (for untrained staff).
Upload your stock list. We only generate within it.
This is the difference between a gimmick and a system. Recipes are built from what you actually have — so staff don’t waste time and customers don’t get disappointed.
I know what you're thinking: where can put a tablet wont it just get in the way??
Answer: tablet stand, keep recipes easy to access but out of the splash zone using a stand (we provide)
