Founded in 2022 - we set upon a mission to innovate the bar experience. Modernising drinking culture utilising the latest developments in AI to integrate into bars to create an incredible experience for the customer.
We aim to solve the single largest problem in the cocktail industry - customer retention.
Our founder, after working in a local cocktail bar for many years, realised a huge flaw and problem faced by all bars worldwide.

With an extensive cocktail menu crafted by expert mixologists, customers would attend the bar, check the cocktail menu and be faced with the age old question - "Which one?".
Creative names, intricate recipes, flavour combinations, decoration, visual elements. But what tastes good for me?

The usual response to this question is the customer chooses either a recognisable cocktail they've had before - limiting a bars menu massively; or a new one chosen at random. In the latter case, the likelihood of this cocktail being the perfect one for the customer is low. Customer retention, is achieved when the customers first drink is so good they stay and try another. Our research shows if the customers first drink isn't a cocktail suited to their taste profile, the likelihood is you will lose the customer.
