A traditional Pub, transformed and catapulted to Market Leaders by implementation of innovation. The Custom Cocktails Team partnered with Cross Axes to develop their offerrings. Using what ingredients were available, the algorithm was personalised to suit their existing menu, using ingredients in creative ways to develop flavour profiles of each drink for the Customer. With much advertising online and in the form of: Beer mats, QR codes , Screen Graphics materialising on 6 screens throughout the bar, Posters and large Print Outs.
The Customer Response has been unmatched, with a fantastic response from the locals, who were excited to see the development of the bars product line. With advertising ripe throughout the bar, sales come repeatedly, producing high profit margins on the Cocktails and increasing revenue with an extra source of income for the bar.
